Every meeting is completely different – an event for 1000 people can be less time consuming to arrange than a weekend meeting for 10. In order to provide the greatest level of flexibility for each client, we offer several different fee structures, sometimes calculated on a per head basis and sometimes based on a simple flat fee. We can also provide a full computerized booking system for your conference or meeting.
We usually find that clients can more than cover our fees through a
combination of negotiated supplier rates, efficient event management,
budget and pricing advice and our on-site organisation during the event
itself, releasing their staff for other tasks.
