We will always take on board our client’s suggestions regarding location, but we’ll also provide lots of new ideas based on our industry experience and non-stop travel research. Once a short-list has been agreed, we compile dossiers for each destination which cover political situation, travel links, climate, geography, medical facilities, accommodation options, value for money and visa requirements among other things. We then offer our recommendation, and advise on how well each of the short-listed locations fulfills the brief.
We can also provide a full computerised booking service for a small additional charge,
which is web-hosted and can allow our clients access to online updates for their own events.
