We understand that before you select your destination you probably want to see it for yourself. Once a choice has been made and you are in the planning stages for your event, you may find it useful to make another visit in order to evaluate various options for the programme. We will help you with this by organising, preparing for and attending all site visits. This means we will book the meetings, plan how to get around, and obtain complimentary travel and accommodation wherever possible.

 

We can also provide a full computerised booking service for a small additional charge,
which is web-hosted and can allow our clients access to online updates for their own events.
