We establish budgets as soon as possible in the planning process, and then manage and update them as decisions are made and alterations are suggested. Once the programme is set, we use our budgets to assist with retail pricing and write profit and loss projections. We also create a financial diary, and advise clients in good time when deposit and balance payments become due.

 

We can also provide a full computerised booking service for a small additional charge,
which is web-hosted and can allow our clients access to online updates for their own events.
