Wow – this is the big one! Among other tasks, we design and prepare the conference itinerary, liaise with audio visual contractors and conference facilitators, book speakers and entertainers, plan transportation logistics, recommend menu selections, prepare risk assessments, provide images and copy for marketing purposes, deal with booking queries and manage hotel room blocks. If your event includes an exhibition, we will also design exhibition layouts and liaise with your exhibitors regarding their logistical requirements.

 

We can also provide a full computerised booking service for a small additional charge,
which is web-hosted and can allow our clients access to online updates for their own events.
