Our staff are present throughout your event to double check, think on their feet, troubleshoot, reassure, smile, deal with late changes, bring you coffee and provide day to day accounting services. We will man hospitality desks, assist with registration badges and packs, direct delegates around venues, ensure that suppliers are well-briefed, move banners and flags around, and thoroughly check bills before signing them off. We can also provide a full computerised booking service for a small additional charge,
which is web-hosted and can allow our clients access to online updates for their own events.
